Oil-injected rotary vane air compressor with an integrated 3 kW electric motor, built for battery-electric and new-energy buses. It supplies the vehicle's entire pneumatic system, brakes, doors, and air suspension, with no engine to drive it. Sliding vanes replace the pistons, rings, and discharge reed valves of a conventional bus compressor, which designs out the failure mode that takes most reciprocating units out of service: leaking discharge valves pumping carbon and oil downstream. Oil carry-over is specified at 3.0 ppm or less, so air dryer desiccant and the valves behind it stay clean far longer between services.

Specifications

AZF3.0 ships in two pressure variants, H at 10 bar and HH at 12 bar. Confirm which your platform requires before ordering. NAILI does not publish overall dimensions, mounting pattern, or supply voltage for this model, so contact us with your chassis and we will request the factory datasheet.

Fitment and Installation

• Vehicle type: Battery-electric and new-energy buses. This is not an engine-driven or PTO-driven compressor. If your coach drives the compressor off the engine, you need NAILI's AZE series instead and we can source it.
• Bus platforms: NAILI supplies this series to Yutong, BYD, Golden Dragon, and Zhongtong. Model-level fitment is not published, so confirm against the unit you are replacing.
• Mounting: Horizontal, on anti-vibration mounts. Allow at least 100 mm of free space front and rear for service access.
• Air outlet: M22 x 1.5 female. Confirm your line fitting before installation.
• Ventilation: Air cooled. The installation must be ventilated or discharge temperature climbs toward the 110 C limit.
• Service schedule: Oil and external air filter at 1 month or 2,000 km. Internal air filter, oil separator element, and seals at 1 year or 40,000 km. Oil seal and coupling pad at 4 years or 160,000 km. Warranty is void if the schedule and the specified lubricant are not followed.
• Known weak point: Short duty cycles never bring the oil up to temperature, so condensation in the oil is this series' main service issue. Check oil condition on schedule and do not stretch the interval on a low-mileage vehicle.
• Before you order: Confirm the pressure variant, 10 bar H or 12 bar HH, and your DC supply voltage against the unit you are replacing.

NAILI sells the AZF series as an OEM line item rather than a catalogue part and publishes no OE cross-reference numbers for it. Match on model designation and pressure variant, and send us a photo of your existing unit's data plate if you are unsure.
