Terms & Conditions

Effective June 12, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern all quotes, purchase orders, and sales by Go Electric EV & Parts Service ("Go Electric," "we," "us"). By submitting a purchase order against one of our quotes, you ("Customer") agree to these terms.

1. Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated on the quote. Prices, stock availability, and lead times are subject to change after the quote expiration date. A quote becomes a binding order only when we accept Customer's purchase order and issue an order confirmation.

2. Purchase Orders & Acceptance

Orders are placed by submitting a purchase order (PO) referencing our quote number, by email or phone. We review every PO against the original quote. If the PO differs from the quote in price, quantity, or shipping terms, we will contact Customer to resolve the difference before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline any PO.

3. Payment Terms

Approved accounts are invoiced on net-30 terms, with payment due 30 days from the delivery date by check or ACH transfer. First orders from new customers require prepayment or a 50% deposit while the account is established; a credit application is provided with the first quote. Past-due balances may accrue a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less. We may suspend open terms on accounts with past-due balances.

4. Taxes

Prices do not include applicable sales or use taxes. Customers purchasing for resale must provide a valid resale certificate; otherwise applicable taxes will be added to the invoice.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are FOB shipping point (Stockton, California): title and risk of loss pass to Customer upon our delivery of goods to the carrier. Shipping dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for cutoff times, carriers, and freight terms.

6. Fitment Verification

We offer free fitment verification before purchase: provide the vehicle or platform details and we will confirm compatibility before issuing the quote. Fitment verification applies only to information Customer provides; Customer is responsible for the accuracy of vehicle and application details submitted.

7. Returns & Warranty

Returns and warranty claims are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

Parts are sold for installation by qualified professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the purchase price of the part(s) involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs, towing, downtime, or lost profits.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
