How Ordering Works

Simple purchase-order terms, the way your business already buys. No credit card, no online checkout, no account setup.

1. Request a quote

Tell us the parts you need — through our quote form or over the phone at (209) 555-0140. Either works. Takes about 2 minutes.

2. Receive your quote

Within one business hour, your quote arrives by email with three things on it: the price, exactly how many units we have in stock right now, and your estimated ship date. Every quote is valid for 30 days.

3. Send your purchase order

Reply to your quote email with your PO attached, send it to po@goelectricev.com, or call it in. Your PO is your payment commitment — that's all we need to get your order moving. We confirm every PO the same day with your estimated delivery date.

4. Net-30 invoice

Your part ships with the invoice included. Payment is due 30 days after the delivery date, by check or ACH. For first orders from new customers, we ask for prepayment or a 50% deposit while your account gets set up — after that, every order is standard net-30.

Shipping

Orders confirmed by 2 PM Pacific ship the same day. We ship from Stockton, California — ground reaches the entire West Coast in 1–2 business days and most of the country in 3–5. Heavy items like motors and large assemblies ship LTL freight on a pallet, quoted per shipment so there are no surprises.
