Do I need an account or a credit card?
No. Request a quote, send us your purchase order, and pay by check or ACH within 30 days of delivery. No online checkout, no card on file, no account setup.
How do net-30 terms work for a first order?
For new customers, the first order is prepaid or 50% deposit while we set up your account — we'll send a short credit application with your first quote. After that, every order is standard net-30 from the delivery date. Established businesses with trade references can often skip straight to terms.
What if the part doesn't fit?
We verify fitment for free before you order — send us your vehicle or platform details and we'll confirm the part matches before the quote goes out. If a part we verified still doesn't fit, it comes back at our expense, no restocking fee.
How fast will I actually get my quote?
Within one business hour, by email. It includes the price, exactly how many units we have in stock right now, and your estimated ship date. If anything needs checking with a supplier first, we'll tell you that within the hour too.
How do I send my purchase order?
Email it to po@goelectricev.com, reply to your quote email with it attached, or call it in at (209) 555-0140. We confirm every PO the same day with your estimated delivery date.
Do you ship heavy parts and freight?
Yes. Standard parts ship UPS or FedEx Ground — same day if your order is confirmed by 2 PM Pacific. Heavy items like motors and large assemblies ship LTL freight on a pallet; we quote freight per shipment so there are no surprises.
Where do you ship from?
Stockton, California. Ground shipping reaches the entire West Coast in 1–2 business days and most of the country in 3–5.
